This event will begin with the artists painting scenes along our beautiful coast from the northern city of Newport, OR down to the southern city of Coos Bay, OR. The artists can paint between September 16th and September 29th at which point they can contribute up to 3 paintings to the Art & Wine Festival to be held at the Florence Events Center on October 1st and 2nd where their paintings will be judged for awards as well as on sale to the public which are invited to attend the Art & Wine Festival.
The final event is an Art & Wine Festival held at the Florence Events Center where the artists work is juried and displayed for sale among wineries! We have 5 wineries: Bluebird Hill Cellars, Bradley Winery, McKenzie Crest Wines, Sarver Winery, and Summerfield Vineyards and 2 food trucks: The Hangry Habanero and Peterson’s Pretzels. Come walk about the art, sip your wine and enjoy some wonderful food!
