Color-a-Thon Fun Run

$25 – $30Mark your calendars for the 5th Annual Color-a-Thon 5K Run and Walk on April 29. This colorful event has participants completing a 5K (or less) course, starting and ending at Siuslaw Middle School (SMS), 2525 Oak Street.
As participants go the course, they are doused in colorful, non-toxic powder, which makes it all the more fun to get back to the finish line looking like a rainbow.
The race starts at 9 a.m. in front of SMS. There will be a live DJ to pump everyone up, and additional color packs will be available for sale before the run. During April, students will be working to collect donations and earn prizes.
Community participants are also welcome to come out and join the fun. Pre-registration goes through April 7 and is $25 and includes a t-shirt. There will also be registration the morning of, from 8-8:45 a.m., for $30. Registration forms will be available at Siuslaw Elementary School (2221 Oak Street) and Coastal Fitness (2285 Highway 101), beginning March 27.
