SUMMARY:New Year's Day Meditation Event
DESCRIPTION:Start your new year off right with a special group Meditation Session in our Studio Workshop\, featuring a 90-minute introductory program with Dr. Fleet Maul of the Heart Mind Institute on the big screen. His approach focuses on “a deeply embodied\, neuroscience-based\, and trauma-informed approach to meditation that has radically transformed personal practice for several thousand meditators.” Everyone is welcome to attend.  \nBring blankets\, pillows\, floor chairs\, water bottle\, or other items you might need to feel comfortable during the session. A journal or notebook and writing/creative materials are also recommended. We will have extras of everything on hand\, and will have a station set up if you would like to participate in some reflective art-making afterwards.
