DESCRIPTION:Register and more details here!\nCrew Leader: Noelle\nMax Size of Crew: 8\nHike Distance: 2 miles (most likely less than)\nElevation Gain: 50\nHike Intensity: Low\nWork Intensity: Moderate\nWork Type: Tread work & brushing\n  \nProject Information: \nWe will be doing tread maintenance (improving the trail surface) using shovels and other digging tools. We will also be brushing (clearing back the vegetation). We will work at a gentle pace\, enjoy the forest landscape\, and take some time for lunch. \nHiking information: \nWe will be meeting at the Alder Dunes Campground and hiking as a group along the lake loop trail. The hike is about 1 -2 miles total with minimal ups and downs. \nYou should plan to participate in this trail party for its entirety. For safety reasons\, please do not arrive late or expect to be able to leave early. \nEvent details: \nDetailed event information\, including directions to the meeting location\, will be provided to registrants via email 48 hours prior to the event. Sweet Creek Falls work will be an onoging project with the Siuslaw Watershed Council doing a variety of different tread work to improve the condition of the trail. We will work at a gentle pace\, enjoy the forest landscape\, and take some time for lunch. \nHiking information: \nWe will meet at the Sweet Creek Falls Trailhead and hike in about 1/3 to a 1/2 mile into the worksite. We will be walking over rocky terrian\, bridges\, and catwalks. \nYou should plan to participate in this trail party for its entirety.
