The radio check-in is conducted on GMRS (General Mobile Radio Service) channel 22\, utilising our repeater on Herman Peak north of Florence. While you can listen in on any GMRS radio on channel 22\, you must have a radio that can accept programming of send/receive offsets and tones (CH 22R (462.725MHz +5MHz offset  186.2Hz Tone).  Please contact Jay Guettler @ westlaneecn@gmail.com for more information or just join us on the radio at the listed time and date.

DESCRIPTION:The March 4th 2026 regular meeting of the Florence Area Community Coalition features Jacon Taylor\, Development Manager with Saint Vincent dePaul’s HOPE Community Homes\, Oregon’s first non-profit factory-built home manufacturer.  He will explain their innovative contribution to solving our affordable housing crisis. \nLearn how they built Oregon’s first non-profit state-of-the-art 100\,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Eugene.
