Using collage\, paint\, stamping\, texture\, and more\, you’ll explore the many layers that make up your heart — your stories\, your emotions\, your love — and transform them into a meaningful piece of art. \nWhether you gift your finished artwork to someone special or keep it as a loving reminder for yourself\, this heartfelt creation will be a treasure just in time for the holiday season. No art experience needed — just an open heart and a willingness to play and explore. \nWhat to Expect: \n    Guided 3-hour expressive art process led by Heather Rose LeCompte \n    Use of mixed media techniques (painting\, collage\, stamping\, layering) \n    A relaxing\, heart-centered creative experience \n    All necessary tools and materials provided (you are also free to bring in additional art supplies if you wish) \n    Perfect for gift-giving or self-reflection \nNOTE: scholarship slots will be available for this activity based on capacity; please contact the Studio directly to inquire.  \nAbout The Instructor: \nHeather Rose LeCompte is an award-winning artist whose work bridges contemporary folk art and abstract mixed media. A licensed professional counselor and expressive arts therapist\, she also writes and illustrates children’s books that nurture imagination and emotional awareness. Based in Eugene\, Oregon\, Heather continues to create\, exhibit\, and teach at the intersection of art\, storytelling\, and healing.
