INSPIRE Culinary Summer Camp for ages 7-17

INSPIRE Culinary Academy is hosting a Culinary Summer Camp on the Fundamentals of Cooking. Campers will learn kitchen safety, identifying & using equipment and utensils, knife skills, introduction to ingredients & spices, simple cooking techniques, food art, and healthy eating habits. All culminating with a fun cooking skills competition to be judged by a local Florence Chef.
Camps run Monday-Thursday, with the camp for ages 7-11 starting at 9 am and ending at noon. Camp for 12-17 year olds starts at 1 pm and ends at 4 pm
