MSD: Mindfulness night

Join us for Mindfulness Night!
Mindfulness helps reduce anxiety, improve focus, and support
emotional balance. This special evening will feature a
parent‐focused training from HOOT (Helping Out Our Teens
in School), along with resource tables from community
organizations and a provided dinner. Come learn, connect,
and support mental wellbeing in our Mapleton community.
