Dear Chamber Members & Friends,
Oregon Integrated Health welcomes you to their Business After Hours – Sip & See Open House!
This is your opportunity to tour our expanded location. We are enhancing services and adding new providers through the year. Learn about our mission and what services we offer in Primary Care, Counseling, Behavioral Health, and Mental Health. We provide care for the entire family from children to adult including prenatal, postpartum and women’s care. We accept new patients and offer same day appointments. The clinic accepts Medicare and Medicaid, including both Trillium and PacificSource. Oregon Integrated Health accepts most private insurances, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims, and Workers’ Compensation Claims.
The new home of Oregon Integrated Health will be located at 2970 Highway 101 in Florence, right next to BJ’s Ice Cream Parlor. Parking is available in the back and at the street on 30th.
