Chamber: SWC’s Fall Gathering

Dear Siuslaw Watershed Community,

We cordially invite you to our Fall Gathering on the afternoon of September 24th, 1:00-4:30 PM. The gathering will be held outdoors at a private farm in Deadwood, Oregon. We are hosting this event to bring people together around a shared appreciation for the Siuslaw Watershed! The afternoon will feature an optional guided wander through the orchard to view stream restoration sites, local flora and fauna observation opportunities, yard games, cider pressing, and light snacks and beverages in the garden. Many of SWC’s board and staff members will attend, and we all look forward to the opportunity to meet and catch up with our community and membership!

The event is free and open to everyone! Please register in advance as spots are limited to 50 participants. If you’d like to make a gift in support of this event and SWC’s work, please select the “Donations” options at registration.

A few things to note about the Fall Gathering:

• The address and directions will be provided to those who register.
• There is a carpooling option from Mapleton. Please let us know if you’d like to carpool and we will provide all of the relevant information.
• Dogs are unfortunately not allowed this time! We will miss them too, but the garden beds will thank us.  
• Bring your extra apples and turn them into cider!
