FEC: Coastal Fitness Spring Gymnastics

“Tune In” to Coastal Fitness for a night filled with tumbling kids, music and excitement on June 7th at 6:30 in their annual Tumbling Spring Show at the Florence Events Center. You’ll be delighted as you watch these talented young people flip, cartwheel, roll, master silks, and handspring in fun-filled routines.

Co-directors of the Coastal Fitness Tumbling Program, Catrice Wescott and Deena Mitchell invite you to see the wonderful talent and energy of our community’s finest. “This will be nearly our third decade of showcasing great kids with such enthusiasm and talent,” shares Deena. “We love this event every year. It is such a fun night to see how these Florence kids have built confidence, overcome fear and obstacles, increased strength and skill and learned how to trust themselves and others. We love being able to work with this little community.”

We will “Tune In” to your favorite radio music to energize an array of routines choreographed by Catrice Wescott, Angie Walls, Aubrey Mahutu-Mason, and Deena Mitchell. “I have loved every minute of this!” Catrice’s passion shines in these routines, as she has largely choreographed most them. “I was once that little girl on this stage many years ago. I feel so lucky to still be able to share my passion with these young kids. They are amazing.” adds Catrice. “Other instructors Jenna Young and Savannah Morris have been key to the growth of these kids in tumbling. We promise a fun night.”
