Improv Theater Playshop

This 2 hour immersion in improvisational theater and comedy is open to all levels of experience. Learn the basic improv skills of listening closely, supporting your fellow players, advancing a scene, creating characters and practicing the “yes, and…” that keeps the action going. Through interactive exercises, theater games and spontaneous skits, we hone our abilities to be present to what’s happening and have fun in the process. Improv skills are also life skills that can be applied to all relationships. The instructor is Judy Dolmatch, a Florence resident with over 40 years experience studying, teaching and performing improvisational theater. A second Playshop is also scheduled on Saturday, June 7,
