Chamber: It’s Amore! 2022 Siuslaw Awards and Chamber Annual Meeting at Three Rivers Casino Resort

The Florence Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce this year’s nominees for the 14th Annual Siuslaw Awards. It’s Amore – The love of Florence!
Each of these 28 businesses and individuals nominated has shared exceptional talent and resources that contribute to our thriving community. This evening will celebrate them, their work and the impact they make every day.
Part of this annual tradition is recognizing the Florence First Citizen and Future First Citizen. Nominees for Florence First Citizen, the area’s prestigious designation for someone who impacts life in the Siuslaw Region. This year’s selections are Floyd Bidwell, Vanessa Buss, Kay King, Suzanne Mann-Heintz and Bob Teter. Together, they have served on numerous nonprofit boards, fundraised for various causes, led organizations, given back to area youth and served the community. This year’s Future First Citizen is Ava Glowacki.
The Chamber will present its Annual Meeting. Including the state of the chamber, board member retirements and new installations. We will also recognize an individual or business that has selflessly given of their time and efforts in supporting the Chamber and its efforts with the Distinguished Service Award.
Join us as we celebrate and recognize these very special nominees and chamber volunteers.
Tickets include admission to the event and a beautiful Italian themed evening including wine, appetizers, dinner and dessert. Individual tickets are $40 and tables of eight are $320.
