MSD: ASIST Training – Suicide prevention – open to community

Mapleton School District is hosting a two-day ASIST training (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) on October 10 and 11 (8-3at Mapleton Lion’s Club. In order to maximize impact, we have this open to both our staff and our community.

ASIST is the world’s leading suicide intervention training program. Trusted by professionals yet learnable by anyone, LivingWorks Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is the only workshop of its kind.
This training will be facilitated by Daniel Gallo and Annie Galaxy from Lane ESD.
