Lane County Public Health clinic for children ages 5 years – 11 for Pfizer pediatric COVID-19 Vaccination. All clinics for children ages 5-11 years are scheduled appointments only.
There are not walk-in appointments at this time.

The November 20th event at Siuslaw Middle School will be from 12pm to 4pm.

Registration opens on November 12th for the clinic event at SMS on November 20th.
