PFLAG Meeting

PFLAG to introduce training programs February 9
PFLAG will meet Monday, February 9 at Florence United Methodist Church to show examples of special training programs developed by chapters in California as part of its initiative to provide members and friends with new resources to help them navigate LGBTQ+ issues for themselves, their families and friends.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in the church Fellowship Hall. As with all PFLAG events, the meeting is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be available. If you haven’t attended PFLAG in a while, consider dropping by, meeting with the new leadership team, and hearing about the organization’s initiatives for this year and next.
Florence United Methodist Church is located on the corner of Kingwood and Second St., one block west of Highway 101.
PFLAG Florence is one of more than 400 chapters in the largest national organization serving the LGBTQ+ community and those who love them.
