Using tools like Strategic Doing, we’ll guide you step by step: from sharing your idea, to connecting with others who care, to mapping assets and resources, and then building an action plan together. Whether you come with a project in mind, or simply want to join forces with others, you’ll leave with a clear path forward. Make a practical plan to launch your work

Strategic Doing helps groups tackle complex issues through appreciative, asset-based, and agile action steps. You’ll leave the workshop with a plan you can begin right away—using the 30/30 approach: in the next 30 days, spend 30 minutes completing your commitment, supported by your group’s “chief nudger.”
