Soul Flow Sundays – Fall Equinox Edition!

Join the folks from Serene Abundance Studio Space for a community Ecstatic Dance that will have you groovin’ to some playful, engaging and funky tunes! This style of dance encourages free flowing movement in ways that make your body happy, allowing yourself to express what you feel in the moment. People often find Ecstatic Dance to be restorative, refreshing and revitalizing, not to mention FUN!
Soul Flow Sunday dances are open to all ages, bodies and experience levels. Anyone can catch the vibe!
Suggested:
Wear loose, comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing, bring your water bottle, and a journal if you want to take down any notes or sketches about your experience.
Important:
– Please take care of yourself during dance sessions. This is a great space to tune in to how your mind, emotions and body are doing, and only participate in movement or other activities that feel comfortable to you.
– We love it when people dance together, but please respect others’ verbal and non-verbal boundaries about conversation and touch.
– Questions or concerns? Studio staff will be on hand to check in if you need anything during your stay.
