Project Information:
We will be brushing out the Oregon Dunes Day Use Trail with loppers and hand saws. While we mosey down the trail, Dina Pavlis from ODRC will be giving us the history of the Oregon Dunes, and telling us about the flora and fauna of the area. We will walk at a gentle pace and take some time for lunch.
Hiking information:
We will meet at the Oregon Dunes Day Use Area and hike about 2 miles roundtrip. We will drop down onto the dunes, walk accross them and onto the forest trail out to the beach.
You should plan to participate in this trail party for its entirety. For safety reasons, please do not arrive late or expect to be able to leave early.
