Project Information:

We will be doing tread maintenance (improving the trail surface) using shovels and other digging tools. We will also be brushing (clearing back the vegetation). We will work at a gentle pace, enjoy the forest landscape, and take some time for lunch.

Hiking information:

We will be meeting at the Alder Dunes Campground and hiking as a group along the lake loop trail. The hike is about 1 -2 miles total with minimal ups and downs.

You should plan to participate in this trail party for its entirety. For safety reasons, please do not arrive late or expect to be able to leave early.
