Pysanky Egg Decorating

A traditional craft that celebrates new growth and the coming of spring. A brief introduction to Pysanky history and some of its ancient symbolism followed by a hands-on workshop (supplies included) decorating 2 emptied eggs using wax resist methods and vivid batik dyes.
Traditional templates and guides will be provided or following your own creativity is encouraged as well.
