The Siuslaw Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation covers the Florence, Oregon area. The Chapter’s work is focused around protecting and monitoring local water quality. The Chapter also organizes quarterly beach cleanups, completes monthly marine debris monitoring, helps raise awareness about the Cape Perpetua Marine Reserve and holds quarterly Adopt-a-Highway Cape Perpetua cleanups.
